Terms of Service

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of this website and to repair services booked through it with Home Appliance Repair Center (“we”, “us”).

Bookings

Submitting a booking or quote request is a request for a visit, not a confirmed appointment. We confirm the time with you by phone or WhatsApp. Same-day service depends on technician availability and location.

Quotes and approval

Our technician diagnoses the fault and gives you a quote before any repair starts. We start work only after you approve the quote. If you go ahead with the repair, the diagnosis is not charged separately. If you decline the repair, any visit or diagnosis charge that applies will be explained to you before the visit.

Parts

We use original (OEM) parts whenever they are available. If only a compatible part is available, we will tell you before you approve the repair.

Warranty

Each repair carries a 30-day warranty on the repaired fault. If the same fault returns within 30 days, we will return and fix it without charge. The warranty does not cover new or unrelated faults, damage from misuse, liquid damage, power surges, or work done by another repairer after our visit.

Payment

Payment is due when the repair is completed, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Your responsibilities

Please make sure we can reach the appliance safely and that someone over 18 is present. Back up or remove personal data and valuables from appliances such as TVs before the visit.

Liability

We take reasonable care when working on your appliances. To the extent allowed by UAE law, we are not liable for indirect losses, such as spoiled food or lost use of the appliance, arising from a fault or repair.

Website content

We aim to keep the information on this website accurate, but it may change without notice. Service areas, hours and availability should be confirmed with us when you book.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
